Megaman Amigurumi Pattern (Free)

Megaman 11 was released on Nintendo Switch last month and it reminded me of the Megaman Amigurumi I did a few years back. So, I decided to tidy the pattern and share it out. Have fun! :)

Materials:
Using fingering yarn with 2.5mm hook will produce a Megaman of about 13cm/5in tall

All yarn threads are assumed to be of the same thickness unless otherwise stated.
Flesh color yarn
Blue yarn
Light Blue Yarn

Pants
With blue yarn,

(Now you will be crocheting a border around the square piece you have made)
(Note: For Rnd 5, make sure that the 3 sc in a stitch are done at the corners of the square piece)

Detail 2 (Long rectangle piece on top of head)
With light blue yarn,

Eyes (Make 2)
(Note: eyes are done in oval rounds)

Blue part of eye
With blue yarn,
ch 3 (3)
Rnd 1: skip first chain, (4 sc in a stitch) x 2 times (8)

ss to first stitch to complete oval.

Fasten off, leaving a length of yarn for sewing

White part of eye
With white yarn,
ch 3 (3)
Rnd 1: skip first chain, (4 sc in a stitch) x 2 times (8)
Rnd 2: sc inc x 8 times (16)

Fasten off, leaving a length of yarn for sewing

Eye Assembly
Sew the blue part of the eye on top of the white part. With black embroidery thread, sew a black border around the blue part.


Assembly

Sew the eyes to the head from around Rnd 17- Rnd 22 of the head, around 4 stitches apart. To get a better gauge, you can place the helmet on the head so that the eyes are spaced out properly.

With black yarn, sew a border around the eyes.

Sew the hands to the body.

Sew the pants the body.

Sew the legs to the pants.

Sew the helmet to the head.

Sew the details to the helmet. As you sew, lightly stuff the details to make them pop out more.
